Hey there! I’m Matt LaFlamme. I am a Duluth native that is passionate about a lot of things. I have a beautiful wife Amy, and two kids, Eloise and Emmet. Their support and love is what has driven my passion in business, marketing, sales and entrepreneurship. I am an avid fisherman, whitetail bow hunter, outdoorsman and have interest in pretty much anything that is up and coming. I enjoy a good craft brew on a Friday night but my go to is a MN Martini – just add a couple of olives to a Michelob Golden Light and you’re good to go.

My ability to generate conversation and build relationships has allowed me to progress in my professional career. In my 15 years of experience in sales, marketing, and management I have experienced a lot. Whether it’s in the trenches making cold calls for an inside sales position or directing a sales and marketing team. My inside sales experience created a great base for a hard work ethic and ability to hit quotas and goals but also opened doors for me to pursue even more challenging opportunities.

Meet Ryan – a family-oriented husband and proud father to two daughters. Hailing from Duluth, he's a Minnesota sports enthusiast and an avid fan of craft IPAs and coffee. Embracing competition, Ryan enjoys basketball leagues and 5K races.

His winning formula involves starting each day with gratitude, followed by a cup of coffee and invigorating exercise to clear his mind. Professionally, Ryan brings over 16 years of expertise in marketing, sales, communication, and digital media. Specializing in SEO, Google Ads, social media advertising, and more, he thrives in the ever-changing digital world.

With a passion for growth and a commitment to excellence, Ryan is dedicated to seizing each day and delivering results in both his personal and professional life.
